Security

ICON Field Service Management is built with operational security practices appropriate for B2B SaaS handling job, customer, and payment metadata.

• Payments

  Card data is processed by Stripe. ICON Imagineering does not store full card numbers. Platform subscriptions and connected-account customer charges use Stripe's infrastructure and webhooks.

• Data platform

  Application data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL). Access is scoped by company and role. Service-role keys are server-only.

• Communications

  Voice and SMS features may use Twilio. Transactional email uses Resend. See our Privacy Policy for processor details.
